A feminine evening to step back into your body and move with the Earth.

This gathering is an invitation to reconnect with the wild, instinctive and wonderfully expressive part of yourself. The part that knows how to move, play, feel, create and simply be without needing everything to make sense first.

Inspired by the grounding nature of Earth and the fluidity of Water, we'll explore what happens when we loosen our grip on movement and lead from our hearts. If you came to the Shakti Rising evening, you will know this already!

This is yoga, with your own expressiver borders, intended to create a sense of deep grounding and playful embodied shapes. We'll explore the relationship between stillness and movement, strength and softness, structure and freedom.

EARTH. Ground.

We'll explore grounded movement and embodied yoga, connecting with the steadiness and strength of Earth.

WATER. Flow.

What happens when we make spirals and waves with our bodies? We begin to move like nature moves; fluid, instinctive and alive. One movement flows into the next, travelling through the body in ways we might not have planned or expected. It can feel inspiring, freeing and magical. How cool is that?

WILD WOMAN. Play.

We'll explore dance & instinctive movement, playing with rhythm, space, expression and sensuality. There may be moments that feel strong, soft, joyful, earthy and powerful.

CREATE. Express.

Using textures, shape and intuition, we'll give form to whatever has been stirred up during the evening.

There will be an opportunity to share your experience if you'd like to, but there is absolutely no expectation to speak.

This is a space to connect and to explore yourself without being fixed, advised or judged.

We'll close together in stillness, grounded in our bodies and perhaps a little more connected to that wild, knowing part of ourselves.

This evening is for you if...

• You want to dwell amongst other beautiful creatures who also share the same connection as you do.

• You crave more creativity, playfulness or expression.

• You want to explore feminine energy in an embodied, grounded way.

• Or maybe you simply want to spend an evening moving, connecting and being with other women.

You don't need to arrive with an intention. Just come and play!

Spaces are intentionally limited so we can create an intimate and connected experience.
