A feminine evening of movement, creation & grounding.

This is an evening to step out of the busy world and into your body. To reconnect with your feminine energy, awaken your creative fire and explore what wants to move through you, maybe even manifesting something wonderful for yourself!

Inspired by Shakti, the dynamic life-force energy of creation, and Agni, the transformative fire within, we'll explore the beautiful meeting point between softness and strength, flow and fire, receiving and creating.

We'll begin with gentle, intuitive movement and gradually awaken the body through flowing yoga, dance-inspired movement and expressive practices. We'll explore the feeling of being fluid and alive, before inviting in the warmth and power of Agni - our inner fire, courage and creative energy.

FLOW. We'll move like water, spiralling, undulating, swaying and exploring movement without needing to make it perfect.

FIRE. We'll awaken our inner Agni through stronger, rhythmic movement, breath and embodied practices, exploring what it feels like to take up space and let our energy be seen.

CREATE. We'll move from movement into creativity, allowing something to emerge through colour, shape and intuition.

MANIFEST. We'll take a little time to listen inwardly and explore:

• What am I ready to create?

• What wants to move through me?

• What part of me is ready to become?

There will be a gentle opportunity to share, but no pressure to speak. This is a space for being witnessed without being fixed, advised or judged.

We'll close together in stillness, carrying our intentions into the season ahead.

This evening is for you if...

• You feel ready for something new.

• You want to reconnect with your body and intuition.

• You want to dwell amongst other beautiful creatures who also share the same connection as you do.

• You crave more creativity, playfulness or expression.

• You want to explore feminine energy in an embodied, grounded way.

• Or maybe you simply want to spend an evening moving, connecting and being with other women.

You don't need to arrive with an intention. Just come and play!

Spaces are intentionally limited so we can create an intimate and connected experience.
