Come and join me and others for this special event, a yoga detox course made special for you!

  • Play with twists and balances for strength and openers-a spring clean for the body!

  • Practice breath exercises to awaken tired parts of your body and breathe new life back in.

  • Strengthen your core to ground your centre.

  • Discover ways to calm anxiety that builds in the winter and relieve stresses through poses, breath and guided meditation.

  • Classes will finish on Spring Equinox where we will enjoy a cacao drink together before.

  • Each We will close the session with a guided meditation and Sivasana. Lekker… :)

MUMMY & BABY YOGA COURSE THIS SPRING!

A 5-week yoga course made for new mums & babies join us on the mat!

When: tuesdays: 23 April, 30 April, 7 May, 14 May & 21 May
Time: 12:00 - 13:00

Join other mummies for this beautiful class where we practice yoga in a safe and healthy way. Learn how to build strength back into your body after having your baby. Babies will enjoy the time too while they lie on your mat and we make sounds and use touch to include them. We finish with a cup of organic tea and have time to chat with one another :)

  • Yoga suitable for post-pregnancy with a trained yoga expert and doula (birth partner). See my credentials

  • Practice breath exercises to awaken tired parts of your body and breathe new life back in.

  • Begin to strengthen your entire body and open tired shoulders.

  • Learn baby massage and see the benefits of touch for your little one.

  • Babies can feed, rest, change dirty nappies and enjoy the time with their mummies.

  • Finish every session with tea and snacks and a time to chat and ask questions you may have.

  • Suitable for mums 5 weeks after birth. Get in touch for any questions or special circumstances.
