Over the course of 200 hours together, you will cultivate confidence, knowledge, and presence so that you may guide others with clarity, compassion, and depth.

 At the heart of this program lies a commitment to nurturing leaders. You will learn not only how to teach yoga, but how to lead with authenticity, strength, and resilience. Leadership here means holding space with compassion and integrity - for yourself, for your students, and for the wider world.
