Together, Amy and Stephanie bring a rich blend of years of experience, depth, and heart to their teacher training. Amy’s grounding in embodied anatomy, philosophy, and conscious leadership meets Stephanie’s precision in alignment, restorative wisdom, and compassion for accessibility creating a program that is both deeply rooted and expansively inclusive. With a shared commitment to making yoga welcoming for every body, their combined approach weaves science, spirit, and lived experience into a transformative journey that empowers each student to teach and live with authenticity, balance, and presence.
Amy is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher, Lead Trainer, and Continuing Education Provider with extensive experience in embodied movement, anatomy, and yoga philosophy. Her teaching draws from more than a decade of dedicated practice, advanced training, and full-time professional teaching across Europe and North America.
Amy has completed:
RYT 500 (Yoga Alliance) Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (500 hours) - integrating embodied awareness, sequencing, subtle body anatomy, meditation, pranayama, and chanting.
85-Hour BWY Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training — specializing in perinatal movement, breathwork, and supportive practices for mothers.
Certified Doula Training (Doula UK) under world-renowned birth educators Michel Odent and Liliana Lammers.
Ongoing professional development in trauma-informed teaching, inclusive yoga education, and mental-health-aware practice.
Amy’s research dissertation, Yoga as an Alternative Therapy for Mothers in the Home-Start Charity, reflects her commitment to community-based, trauma-aware approaches that bridge modern well-being with classical yogic wisdom.
As a Lead Trainer for the Grounded Path Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Programme, she guides students through a curriculum rooted in integrity, embodiment, and conscious leadership — uniting modern science with timeless philosophy.
Stephanie is a RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Restorative Yoga and a strong foundation in the Iyengar Tradition. Her teaching emphasises alignment, embodied awareness, and healthful movement as pathways to both physical and mental wellbeing. Stephanie is dedicated to making yoga accessible and relevant to all people - especially those who feel excluded from society’s projection of Yoga - and works with teenage boys and men in sports and retreat settings. Passionate about the transformative potential of yoga on and off the mat, she is committed to fostering presence, balance, and mindful inquiry in every aspect of her work.
